Terms of Service

ProfileEngine scores your resume for ATS compatibility, interviews you about your accomplishments, rewrites your bullets using the facts you supply, and compares your resume against job descriptions you provide.

It does not find jobs for you, submit applications, or contact employers on your behalf. Applying is something you do yourself.

We do not promise that using ProfileEngine will get you interviews, an offer, or a job. Hiring decisions are made by employers using criteria we neither control nor see. Scores and match percentages are our product's assessment, not a prediction, and not a statement of how any particular employer or applicant tracking system will treat your resume.

ProfileEngine is built specifically not to invent facts: it asks you for numbers rather than making them up, and if you skip a question it leaves your original wording alone. That means the accuracy of your resume depends on the accuracy of what you provide.

You are responsible for reviewing anything you download or copy before sending it to an employer, and for ensuring it is truthful. Misrepresenting your history to an employer is your responsibility, not ours.

• Consumer plans (30-Day Sprint and Career Pass) cover one candidate — you. Managing resumes for other people requires the Coach Workspace plan.
• Do not upload a resume belonging to someone else without their permission.
• Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, resell access, scrape the service, or use it to generate misleading credentials.
• Keep your sign-in email secure. Anyone with access to it can access your account.

Payment is handled by Whop. The 30-Day Sprint is a one-time charge and does not auto-renew. Career Pass and Coach Workspace are recurring subscriptions that continue until cancelled, which you can do at any time through Whop; cancelling stops future charges and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

Usage limits for each plan are shown on the pricing page and enforced in the product. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us and we will look into it.

Your resume and the answers you give remain yours. You grant us permission to process them solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Output generated for you — rewritten bullets, tailored versions, exported documents — is yours to use freely.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features, and will give notice of material changes that affect a plan you are paying for.

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why unless legally prevented.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of ProfileEngine is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities or lost earnings.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
